Okay, shot drinkers! Our next shot up is a pub favorite, not only for the name but also for the taste. We've got ourselves a Baby Guinness. I like to recommend having a full Guinness with it, but for today we're just going to make the small one. We're going to start off with a regular one-and-a-half-ounce shot glass and two ingredients for you.
This one's got a little bit of flair to it, but we're going to try and see how it goes. You're going to use coffee liquor. That's your dark, fine Guinness look to it. You're going to fill your glass most of the way up with this. I don't know if you've seen a nice perfect pint. I myself was just over in Dublin and I got to experience the perfect pint pour over in St. James Gate. So, we're going to try and mimic that right here.
You're going to use your Irish Cream and you're going to use a spoon. You can either try to freehand this or you can use a spoon to kind and help yourself out. The idea being you want to have the cream itself kind of displace over the top of the spoon and not actually poor into the bottom of your shot glass. So you're going to poor really slowly and you're going to kind of place the spoon on the side of the glass and then poor your Irish Cream directly over the spoon and it's going to kind of float across the top. You're going to have yourself a fine pint of Baby Guinness.
